What the Wise?!
Wise Women is a peer community for female EOS Implementers who believe the real power of this work is found not just in tools and frameworks, but in relationships we make along the way.

The community began organically when a small group of us women were looking for a place to talk honestly about our work, our leadership, and our lives. Over time, Wise Women evolved into a structured community designed to support female EOS Implementers through connection, shared experience, and mutual respect.

Wise Women operates similarly to a T-group, with an intentional structure and continuity. There is one overarching Wise Women community, made up of multiple smaller groups. Each group develops its own identity, name, and rhythm, while staying connected to the larger Wise Women collective.

This is a book club, not a country club. The value comes from presence, contribution, and shared commitment, not status or performance.
